TERMS AND CONDITIONS
On registering for a tour, the Client accepts our terms and conditions as set out in the present document.
Is important for you to know that when a tour is booked, we program the day for a guide and driver, plus some coordination or arrangements to prepare the tour operation. Cancelling your tour within a week before the date will affect the options to get rescheduled for another tour for the crew members. For this reason, we have stablished some special points:
- If you confirm a tour and then you cancel with less than 02 (two) days, you agree to pay: 50 % of the total amount of the tour rate or a 40% money back (10% of financial/administrative costs), so we can partially pay to the operation crew for the working day lost.
- If you cancel your tour the same day or not show up, then you are agreeing to pay 100 % or no Money Back.
- There is no rescheduling, if you wish one is subject to availability and an extra payment of 15% of the total amount of the trip, without any money back in case of cancellation
- Any cancelation must be made in writing.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Tour package prices in USD (US dollars) paid in USD or in Soles at bank currency exchange rate.
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary in case of external events out of our control.
- The tour operation could be modified in festivity dates.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
- To book a trip we need from you these data:
1. Full name. 2. Passport number and nationality. 3. Date of birth.
At the time of agree to book a trip the client warrants to strictly comply with all local laws, respect local customs and culture, respect other trip members privacy, and follow the suggestions and advice of the Tour Leader and any assigned guide.
It’s very important that any special medical condition in the client’s health that might affect his/her participation must be notice to us to allow us to be checked and approved.
Any kind of medical and/or evacuation expenses must be cover by the client
Lastly once you book a tour, you accept 100% of the responsibility in case of an unexpected event might happen, even personal, in the group or external out of our control.
