On registering for a tour, the Client accepts our terms and conditions as set out in the present document.

BOOKINGS GENERAL CONDITIONS
Tour package prices in USD (US dollars) paid in USD or in Soles at bank currency exchange rate.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary in case of external events out of our control.
The tour operation and/or rates could be modified in festivity dates.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
To book a trip we need from you these data:
1. Full name. 2. Passport number and nationality. 3. Date of birth.

RATES
Rates are valid only for cash or credit card payments.
Wire transfer bank commissions are not included and must be covered by the client.

CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS
Is important for you to know that when a tour is booked, we program the day for a guide and driver, plus some coordination or arrangements to prepare the tour operation. Cancelling your tour within a week before the date will affect the options to get rescheduled for another tour for the crew members. For this reason, we have stablished some special points:
ON PRIVATE TOURS:
For short day trips if you confirm a tour and then you cancel with less than 02 (two) days, you agree to pay: 50 % of the total amount of the tour rate, so we can partially pay to the operation crew for the working day lost.
The 50% money back is subject to wire transfer of any bank costs.
If you cancel your tour the same day or not show up, then you are agreeing to pay 100 % and No Money Back.
There is no free rescheduling, if you wish one is subject to availability and an extra payment of 30% of the total amount of the trip, without any money back in case of cancellation.
Any cancelation must be made by email or message delivery.
ON GROUP TOURS:
If you are part of a group remember that the total cost is shared between all the participants, so if you decide not to go your decline will affect the rest of the group, so before sending you any refund, first we must consider asking the rest of people if they accept to increase their rate. Only if they approve the changes you will receive your money back.

NOT COVERED:
Extra payments are flight and/or ground transportation to starting points, health/travel insurances, rates for extra weight on personal equipment, meals not specified, other activities, entrance fees, accommodations and/or services not listed in the travel plan, personal expenses, drinks and/or tips.
Lastly once you book a tour, you accept 100% of the responsibility in case of an unexpected event might happen, even personal, in the group or external out of our control.

MEALS, LODGING AND TRANSFER SERVICES
We recommend from basic lodgings to top ones if available.
Lodging or services provided by communities or small business owners should GET paid directly to the provider, so, you will pay a fair rate.
Our trips are planned considering services provided by local people, we don´t provide directly cooked meals during the photo activities, meal services are provided by small homestay owners or hostels, and most of payments must be done directly to providers. Kinds of food could be checked before to adjust your meal needs.
During the trips, water is served in sealed bottles. Fruits and snacks will be bought locally. Tell us if food must be chosen for people with some health issues or a vegetarian lifestyle. Peru is not a country with a veggies food style, so must be open to some licenses.
The kind and size of transportation we use depend on the number of participants and the kind of road.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We as specialized trip organizers supply the guiding service and if requested the rental of some additional equipment. In case of multiday trips we supply all the services needed to provide the trip.
If more help is needed we may help you to organize your trip, as we are not a travel agency, we can suggest who to hire (hotels, tours, tickets, etc) for all the services you need to get the fairest rate for every one.
We as consultant operators we do not hire tourism services directly and are NOT responsible for any personal injuries or baggage damages produced by any support service as cargo, lodgings, or any other third-party services.
We are not responsible for additional costs and payments caused outside our control as participant sickness, pregnancy, drunken state, etc. and/or external events such as social, political, natural disasters, weather events including possible changes in flight schedules and events beyond our control may lead to changes in the itinerary without harm to the organiser. The itinerary schedule could change if necessary.If one of these events happens spending must be covered by participants.

RENTALS
Rental equipment of our property is subject to payments in case of damage during the use on trips.

INSURANCES AND SAFETY
As many ativities are in outdoor places we are not responsible for any injury or sickness and participants accept to be skilled and healthy for the planned activity.
Each person must have his or her own health/accident insurance to cover expenses caused by any event and is solely responsible for his or her integrity. Any kind of medical and/or evacuation expenses must be cover by the client.
It’s very important that any special medical condition in the client’s health that might affect his/her participation must be notice to us to allow us to be checked and approved.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND BEHAVIOUR
At the time of agree to book a trip the client warrants to strictly comply with all local laws, respect local customs and culture, respect other trip members privacy, and follow the suggestions and advice of the Tour Leader and any assigned guide
Ignoring these recommendations is a cause of bad behaviour.
We reserve the right of acceptance or retirement of a participant during the trip because of any infringement of this document or bad behavior.

IMPORTANT
The participant agrees to accept all the conditions of this document on the dates indicated and scheduled.

NOT reading or NOT signing this agreement by e-mail, is an acceptance of all the conditions of this document.
