The Pachacamac Valley photo trip covers the area of Lurin River, south from Lima city, hiking along its natural and farming areas we will find some Inca sites to explore and amazing dry landscapes that in months of august-september become green because of the drizzle.
We suggest this trip during sunny days, usually from december to april, but it can be donde the whole year. And we recommend to start after 1:00pm leaving the city of Lima going to the valley of Lurin River, arriving around 2:30 to 3 pm. Once there we will make short hikes and visits by different sides of the valley ending in the area known as Lomas (hills), very dry in summer, anyway if there is sunlight for a nice sunset we may spend more time. Then, we will start the way back to Lima.
If you want to complete the day with some activity in the morning, we suggest to visit the wetlands of Villa to capture some pics of birds, or to visit the Pachacamac National Museum and Archeaological site, and for lunching don´t worry Pachacamac is plenty of good restaurants, from low budgets to up.
